DPS cooldowns nerfed, steady-state buffed, and +25% health. Full class-by-class breakdown with every percentage computed from Blizzard’s stated values - updated through the Week 3 PTR notes.
Weekly-reset tuning current live patch
Blizzard’s hotfix tuning applied at weekly maintenance to the live game (Balance Druid, Arcane Mage, Holy Priest and more), with a separate PvP block. A different patch from the 12.1 PTR.
Tier set bonuses all 40 specs
Every Season 2 class set 2-piece and 4-piece bonus, from Blizzard’s official 12.1 PTR development notes (not datamined).
